Don is a US Army Veteran serving with the Joint US Military Advisory Group in Thailand, Laos and Vietnam. Don began his real estate career with Henry S. Miller in 1980, Rookie of the Year first year and honored with five consecutive annual “Top Production Awards”. As Senior Vice President and Development Partner there was responsible for completed over 25 development projects of office, warehouse and retail facilities as well as sales, leasing and management responsibilities during his 5 year tenure.
Don founded The Frey Group, Inc in 1986 and which is still successfully operating today. Has capitalized on building relationships and has had offices in 5 cities and over 75 employees (independent contractors). Has acted as principal, developer, broker and manager/general partner for over 12 companies created via real estate transactions. Don deals in all aspects of real estate, from land brokerage to development, and oversees the vital processes of the industry such as zoning, financing and construction to ensure that his client’s needs are met successfully.
Don serves on several boards, is VP of his local Homeowners Association, active in his church, enjoys tennis, golf, fishing and anything outdoors.
Don has two children with two grandchildren.
